1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION
The Spectrum AC Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) offers participants the chance to win a Whole Home Air Conditioning Makeover, including a complete AC system with indoor air quality components, with an approximate retail value of $25,000+. The winner will be selected and announced publicly on Christmas Day (December 25, 2026).
2. ELIGIBILITY
Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of South Florida, specifically those residing in the following counties:
● Martin County
● St. Lucie County
● Indian River County
● Palm Beach County
● Broward County
● Miami-Dade County
Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and must be the legal homeowner of the property for which the AC system would be installed. Employees, contractors, affiliates, or representatives of Spectrum AC and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
3. HOW TO ENTER
Participants can enter the Sweepstakes by completing the official online entry form or submitting
their information at an approved in-person promotional event. Entry into the Sweepstakes constitutes consent to receive marketing communications, including automated text messages, from Spectrum AC regarding the sweepstakes, promotions, updates, and related services.

4. WINNER SELECTION
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by 11:59 PM EST onDecember 20, 2026. The selected winner will be notified via phone, text message, and/or emailand must respond within 7 days to confirm eligibility. If the winner is deemed ineligible or fails to respond, an alternate winner may be selected.
5. PRIZE DETAILS
The prize includes a full HVAC system replacement and air quality enhancement package for one residential home, professionally installed by Spectrum AC. Prize must be claimed and installation must be scheduled within 90 days of notification, or prize may be forfeited.
6. CONDITIONS & RIGHTS GRANTED BY YOU
By entering, participants grant Spectrum AC the right to use their name, city, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation. Participants also agree to be contacted via email, phone, and SMS about this Sweepstakes and future promotions.
7. LIMITATIONS & RELEASE
Spectrum AC is not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected entries, or for any technical failures that impact entry. By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Spectrum AC and its affiliates from any liability, loss, or damage resulting from participation or use of the prize.
